These fun friendly group classes use a mixture of cardio, body resistance exercises, bands and weights. Set to a pumping playlist, classes will increase your cardio endurance, targeting the whole body, build muscle definition and torch those calories. Scaling options for any level of fitness. Every week I am challenged, but it makes me feel so good afterwards. Like I have achieved something I didn’t think I could. I can feel myself getting stronger and my body changing. And Sarah is amazing. A great trainer. Lovely, fun and knowledgeable. Feeling inspired and motivated!

Private Personal Training Sessions

Risebridge Farm – Ranters Lane, Goudhurst. TN17 1HN

If you have specific goals, are recovering from injury, have limited time or want to build your confidence, I offer personal one on one and small group personal training sessions at Risebridge in Goudhurst. This is a family-run specialist centre for Crossfit as well as a fabulous equipped gym and training facility. Its in a tranquil picturesque setting and idea for focusing on discovering the best version of you and to feel fitter, stronger and healthier.

Sessions are £45 per hour for one to one. £25 per person for groups of two. £20 per person for groups of three and £17.50 for groups of four. There is no need to be a member of Risebridge.

Sarah is an incredibly inspiring and motivating Personal Trainer. Each session is diverse, really well planned and good fun! Sarah mixes up cardio work and strength training with a great mix of gym equipment, whether it be boxing, free weights, kettle bells or skipping. Sarah’s bespoke fitness training plan has really paid off, my strength has greatly improved as has my self belief and mental attitude!

The Shed Pilates, Wadhurst

This beautiful airy studio between Wadhurst + Ticehurst has a variety of classes ranging from Reformer Pilates, Mat, TRX, Box and HIIT. I teach TRX on a Monday at 9am + Box Fusion on Thursdays at 9am. The studio is run by qualified Body Control Pilates teacher Nicki Phillips with the focus being on small groups with no more than 8 people, so you get the personal touch but still the feel good factor of being in a group environment.  Classes can booked via www.the_shed.org If you can’t see a class or time on the list, please get in touch to see if we can accommodate you.

I have been training with Sarah at The Shed since September at her weekly Monday TRX class. The studio is a lovely space and very convenient to me. Whilst I hadn’t tried TRX before I enjoy the atmosphere of a group class, but at the same time Sarah gives a very personal approach. My strength and confidence has improved and I really look forward to my Monday sessions.

The atmosphere is fun and motivating and I love teaching here. Founded by award winning instructors Jaime Cooke + Sarah Gorman along with a team of fabulous trainers, this studio offers classes 7 days a week – guaranteed there will be something for you!

I’ve been going Sarahs’ spin classes for over a year and  they are always great fun with the added benefit of a great workout. Sarah goes to great lengths to plan new spin classes so the sessions never get boring with new tracks and reps to keep you on your toes. Sarah always finds the perfect balance of drive and encouragement so you come away from the class exhausted but smiling.

Crossfit

I coach at Crossfit Kent and Sussex, Goudhurst on Wednesdays 8.30-11.30am. These group sessions focus on varied + functional movement including body weight exercises, rowing, Olympic lifting, running and gymnastic elements.
