URfit – a mix up of cardio, body resistance + gymnasticy exercises designed to increase your cardio endurance. fuctional movement + build muscle definition. The class is split into sections starting with a choreographed warm up, a body weight gymnasticy section, cardio blitz + then ending with core work. No class is the same! Exercises are kept varied + challenging to keep you on your toes but there are always scaling options so suitable for all levels. Equipment: Mat + lightweights

URfit-teen (13+) – a scaled version of the adult URfit class but with teen girls in mind! Upbeat, fast paced, fun with a pumping playlist. Perfect to compliment individual sports or as a stand alone fitness class. Equipment: Mat + lightweights

URfitwakeup – a shorter more condensed version of URfit designed to be your best wakeup ever! Equipment: Mat + lightweights

URcycle – beg, steal or borrow some wheels to get yourself to this class. The ultimate cardio blast – uplifting, fierce + set to massively improve your power endurance. We climb, we race, we sprint, we get sweaty, we cycle hard! All set to awesome tracks. Beginner or advanced – you set the pace. Its URcycle! Equipment: Any spin bike + light weights

URstrength – strength focused full body workout using weights to improve functional movement patterns. Popular with both men + women this class is guaranteed to improve your energy levels, metabolic rate, strength + endurance. We work on form + learning strength based exercised under load. URstrength is for a stronger more athletic you! Equipment: Mat + heavyish dumb bells/kettlebells URstrength 60 is currently taking place in Brenchley with both in + outside training space + a variety of equipment. A fun friendly, kick ass group of mixed abilities.

URbarre – a mix of ballet inspired moves, gymnasticy core work + mobility. This class is low impact but still full body + expect to lift, squeeze + pulse every muscle! You will improve your core strength, flexibility + muscle tone…oh and find a few muscles you never knew you had! Equipment: Mat, kitchen counter/chair, lightweights.

Every week I am challenged, but it makes me feel so good afterwards. Like I have achieved something I didn’t think I could. I can feel myself getting stronger and my body changing. And Sarah is amazing. A great trainer. Lovely, fun and knowledgeable. Feeling inspired and motivated!

Private Personal Training Sessions

If you have specific goals, are recovering from injury, have limited time or want to build your confidence, I offer personal 1:1 personal training sessions at FindurFit HQ. I have a well equipped converted stable in Horsmonden – a tranquil picturesque setting with additional equipment outside. Ideal for focusing on discovering the best version of you + to feel fitter, stronger + healthier.

Sessions are £45 per hour 1:1 or £25 for 30mins via zoom.

Sarah is an incredibly inspiring and motivating Personal Trainer. Each session is diverse, really well planned and good fun! Sarah mixes up cardio work and strength training with a great mix of gym equipment, whether it be boxing, free weights, kettle bells or skipping. Sarah’s bespoke fitness training plan has really paid off, my strength has greatly improved as has my self belief and mental attitude!

I’ve been going Sarahs’ spin classes for over a year and  they are always great fun with the added benefit of a great workout. Sarah goes to great lengths to plan new spin classes so the sessions never get boring with new tracks and reps to keep you on your toes. Sarah always finds the perfect balance of drive and encouragement so you come away from the class exhausted but smiling.
