Hi, I'm Sarah. Mum of 3 teenagers + golden retriever Ted. I know all too well the juggle of working, raising a family, entering midlife + trying to stay on top of your health + fitness! As women we often put ourselves last, however our wellbeing deserves to move to the top of the list. My passion is to support women who are entering their midlives to be more confident, energised and strong through fitness + community. Together we've totally got this!
