Magic Shell Yoghurt Pots

These magic shell yoghurt pots make a perfect high protein breakfast or snack


30g oats
100g Greek yoghurt
1 scoop of protein powder
60ml almond milk (plank milk)
1 spoon of peanut butter
15g quality dark chocolate
A few crushed pistachios

Mix oats, yoghurt, protein powder + milk together. Taste + add a little maple syrup if required. Spoon into a small ramekin bowl. Add a thin of layer of peanut butter + melt chocolate + pour over. Sprinkle nuts over the top + freeze.
