Our Classes

If you are local to Findurfit HQ in Kent you can come and try in person classes at the glorious venue of Marle Place in Brenchley. These are strength based classes designed for midlife women using weights, resistance bands, medicine balls and bodyweight, for a leaner, fitter, stronger you! There is the option to train in a wonderful studio or outside in the beautiful gardens, depending on the weather! A fun friendly group of mixed abilities. Come and see what it's all about!
